MEET IVY WATTS
As a former All-American athlete, Ivy spent years pushing through — performing and achieving — while her nervous system quietly paid the price. When she discovered somatic work, she realized what was missing from every workout she'd ever done.
With a Master's in Public Health, a background in psychology, and certification in somatic coaching, Ivy combined what she knew about mental wellness with what she loved about movement — and built something that didn't exist yet. A workout that trains your body and regulates your nervous system at the same time.
