You’ve learned how to work hard and push yourself to achieve more. What most of us were never taught is how to respond to stress once the pressure is on - or how to come back down once we’ve been activated.

Squat + Reset is a unique twist on exercise that combines strength training, somatic movement/nervous system regulation tools, mental wellness, and dance to teach your body something new: that it is safe to hold emotions without being overwhelmed by them, so you can begin living with regulation, aliveness, and wholeness rather than staying stuck in stress patterns.

This is more than a typical workout; it’s a space to shake off what’s been holding you back, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, alive, and equipped with tools to support mental well-being long after the class ends.

Through this experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Reclaim your joy

  • Build confidence and self-trust

  • Release what no longer serves you & create space for what you desire

  • Feel more grounded and centered

  • Reconnect with your body and authentic power

  • Learn stress management to replicate in real life

What to expect:

  • A 60-minute strength workout with nervous system regulation woven throughout

  • New tools for mental wellness

  • Movement, shaking, and dance to release and reclaim joy

  • Space at the end for reflection, discussion, connection, and healthy snacks

Come for the sweat. Leave with a lasting shift.

Give your body and your nervous system, the reset they’ve been craving.

MEET IVY WATTS

Ivy Watts former All American Track & Field athlete and top 30 NCAA Woman of the Year

As a former All-American Track & Field athlete and Top 30 NCAA Woman of the Year Finalist, Ivy knows firsthand what it is like to appear successful on the outside, while struggling internally. For years, she battled anxiety and self-doubt in silence, pushing herself to achieve more without ever being taught how to respond in a healthy way to stress.

Through discovering somatic healing, Ivy's relationship with her mental health and her body finally began to change. With a Master's in Public Health, a degree in psychology, and certification in somatic coaching and fitness training, Ivy built something that she wishes she had when she was an athlete - a space to learn how to feel safe in intensity, release stress and pressure from the body and reconnect with joy and confidence.
