You’ve learned how to work hard and push yourself to achieve more. What most of us were never taught is how to respond to stress once the pressure is on - or how to come back down once we’ve been activated.
Squat + Reset is a revolutionary and transformative way to move your body. We combine strength training, somatic movement/nervous system regulation tools, mental wellness, and dance to teach your body something new: that it is safe to hold emotions without being overwhelmed by them, so you can begin living with joy, self-love and self-trust.
Through classes that focus on strength training, somatic movement, restorative yoga, pilates, nervous system regulation, and dance, participants learn they can move through life's challenges without losing themselves.

MEET IVY WATTS

As a former All-American Track & Field athlete and Top 30 NCAA Woman of the Year Finalist, Ivy knows firsthand what it is like to appear successful on the outside, while struggling internally. For years, she battled anxiety and self-doubt in silence, pushing herself to achieve more without ever being taught how to respond in a healthy way to stress.
Through discovering somatic healing, Ivy's relationship with her mental health and her body finally began to change. With a Master's in Public Health, a degree in psychology, and certification in somatic coaching and fitness training, Ivy built something that she wishes she had when she was an athlete - a space to learn how to feel safe in intensity, release stress and pressure from the body and reconnect with joy and confidence.
