I’m Dr. Shahara, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the founder of FYF Physical Therapy + Wellness. My background includes orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric care—but what matters most is how I apply it. I created FYF to give people a higher level of care: more time, more attention, and a plan that actually makes sense for their body and goals. This isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about helping you move better, feel stronger, and stay that way.

Neysa Pierre-Francois is the Owner, Lead Artist, and Educator at Beauty by Neysa. The journey began as a self-taught artist, followed by professional training as a Makeup Artist by industry leaders, in addition to being licensed as an Esthetician and Cosmetologist. With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, mainly as an on location business, it was time to dream bigger! Neysa recently took a leap of faith & opened her beauty suite Feb '26; located in Braintree, MA.

The goal is to empower each client through personalized consultation to collaboate on an original look and/or treatment plan to meet personal goals or to prepare for a special event. Essentially, the aim is to destigmatize the meaning of beauty, what it looks like, how it happens, and ultimately improve quality of at home care; all while enhancing natural beauty and prioritizing the integrity of your hair and skin!
